I completely understand what you mean about being slower than usual and lost in motivation… i think the weather change could be contributing to mine and the end of term burnout and also sleep. Just remember, you do not have to be on top of things all the time sometimes we have bad days and weeks or months xx 💕

Honestly Lydia, don't apologize. These weeks especially are the ones we need to see! University content on social media can be so deceiving. I'm in my 4th year of medical school and I cringe every time I see it being overly romaticised on youtube. Sure I had great moments and felt on top of my game sometimes, but there have also been off weeks like the one you showed or even days I spent in bed crying because I felt so overwhelmed. Thank you for sharing your ups AND downs! You have been one of my favourite youtubers since school and I just love how relatable and realistic you are. You go girl, good luck with everything you have coming up!

Hi Lydia, I love your videos they're so inspiring ☺️✨ For the Q&A: Do you have any advice for staying on top of lecture materials whilst meeting assignment deadlines, and still having enough time for yourself during the day? I really struggle with this balance as a uni student. I usually end up just focusing on one aspect such as meeting deadlines and then abandoning everything else. Would really appreciate the advice x

You can make a productivity method for your own purposes on notion, if that works better to use both the book (at home) and notion (when out)
