Kelly, you're doing an AMAZING job at this! You're stimulating Yuna, you're teaching her, you're comforting her, you're keeping her safe, etc etc etc. The list goes on and on of what you're doing and it's ALL for HER! Of course there is laundry abd dishes and cooking and cleaning to do as well, but you're teaching her how to do these things also when you're doing them! She's seeing you! Please be kind to yourself and remember that when you're needing to do these things it's OKAY! She's learning to be patient and obviously this is new to her. She's growing to the age that doing that is ok and she's fine! You're SERIOUSLY DOING A GREAT JOB!

Thank you! Dad and I laughed at our ft calls! Lol. Trying to entertain from afar is not easy. We are so excited to see her face. What a great vlog! Moms are always busy and tired.

Having raised my children in overseas, and now seeing my daughter raising her children, I wish I could give you a big hug and tell you that you are wonderful mom and working very very hard. You know what is the best for your little one. But also you know you should take a break when you feel you need it. I hope you can get o together with your mom and show her Yuna some time soon.

Don't ever feel guilty about not entertaining her 24/7! She needs to learn how to amuse herself when you have things to do. It's so easy to feel bad about it, but don't, as she's learning. You're doing an amazing job as a mommy Kelly! 😘❤️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

It's so easy to feel overwhelmed in the early months. I remember it seemed to get a lot easier around 6 months as my baby didn't need a bottle so often anymore and naps condensed into 3 longer ones per day. I finally had time to focus on myself and other things I needed to do during those naps, didn't have to wash bottles so often, etc. I imagine you'll be pureeing your own baby food and freezing it since you got the freezer trays. That takes some time too but once you build up your freezer stock, it's no sweat.

Perfectly imperfect IS perfect! And you don’t need to stimulate Yuna 24/7. You need some me time too. If she’s in her crib and not crying , try leaving her in there until she starts fussing. Babies need some quiet time too and don’t always need stimulation. Maybe you’ll get more rest. BTW, she’s beginning to look like dad. My Japanese mom told me that’s good luck. Take a breather. You’re doing great and you look great too!

Obsessed with your videos!! I just spent the last two days watching all of your pregnancy videos up to this video and WOW do I want to move to Japan! Japan has always been my dream Country to travel to so hopefully I can go in the next year or two! I'm also on my pre-fertility journey as a single mom by choice and I can appreciate your momma journey as well! Can't wait to watch your journey as Yuna keeps growing!! Also, I grew up in Michigan too :) and Notion is WONDERFUL! I just downloaded it and it is revolutionary!

I love the videos! I also hope that you become an inspiration to yourself, because there is no such thing as the pefect life as socail media makes it seem. Also, you are a great mom. You give attention to your baby as she needs and only you know what and when she needs you. She's your child. Perhaps I got blessed with a neice and a nephew who were super laid back and indepedent that I didn't think I needed to show them attention with every little sound they made, but you know your daughter and you know her needs.

Where did the expectation that babies require 24/7 stimulation originate? Or that mothers/parents are required to constantly play with their children or "failing" to do so feel guilt for not providing it? How do other cultures handle that? They don't all do that the same way.

Long time lurker. You're doing a great job Kelly. Definitely feel free to leave the baby alone much more than you seem to do now. She'll be ok with it just like a cat generally doesn't always need attention/stimulation. ❤

I wonder if Yuna would like one of the doorway bouncer things. That way she could bounce while you get stuff down. I know they fold up small when not being used.

Kelly, I hope you & your family are OK. I figured you were taking a nice break for a while but then noticed your website link no longer works and then I checked Insta and that doesn't seem to work either. Hopefully you're just enjoying your life, and revamping things. But for now, I'm praying that God gives you peace and whatever comfort you might need

Hum, you look pooped to handle a lot of routine works like Japanese office worker who you aren’t good with 😅 but baby show off how much health conditions is good thank to how you are struggling with , not in light of how you are pooped as might even mess his capital . Actually my mom got injured on knee coz doctor fixed that despite it weren’t broke . then I have no choice , but take care of mom who makes three times meal from scratch. Yeah you’re better off using a delivery otherwise want to fall behind when make it in time by . One step at a time is good enough, keep at it 😂
