You're Week 1 through 3 analysis is spot on. I've noticed that when I continue my goals is because others important to me say, "What happened to your project?" Or I might hear, "You're never going to do it" or I'm told I can't. I get that feeling like Marty McFly when he's called a chicken and then I hop back on it just to prove naysayers wrong, and then I finish strong. I want to follow through with my goals instinctively, not because others said I couldn't do it but because I want to see the finished outcome for myself and experience the joy that follows.

This is such a barrier for myself that I was hugely under educated revolving around anything beyond the boneyard of incomplete ideas I've buried under so many different guises that ultimately were outlined in your video in a very clear and effective way and I feel so inspired by you Sharing this that I am focused on applying this knowledge and putting into action my own structure to transform my weaknesses into strengths and complete things with this new found awareness. Much gratitude.

Here are my 10 extra tips to INCREASE your daily manifestations that I’ve learned over the years..👇🏾 1. Practice gratitude every morning. When you wake up, list everything that you are grateful for and feel that gratitude in your core. Feel free to write things down in a journal so it is easy for you to remember. 2. Replace your negative thoughts with positive ones. Every time you feel a negative thought coming on, make a positive spin on it right away. 3. Take ownership for things that happen in your life. It's easy to blame others however you will feel much better when you realize that most issues stem from us. 4. ALWAYS believe that good things are about to happen. By being open to new possibilities you are inviting abundance into your life. 5. Remember that like attracts like so you get back whatever you put out, whether it is good or bad. So do good AND received good. 6. Meditate for five minutes a day. During this time focus on how you want your life to be; but place your focus on how you feel AND feel that feeling as if you have already accomplished those goals. 7. Step outside of your comfort zone. Stop playing it safe and make that decision to finally go for your dreams. 8. Focus on activities that make you feel truly happy. When you are truly happy you have the best vibrational frequency to manifest your desires. 9. Avoid the naysayers and surround yourself with people who only lift you higher. Downers will be downers, don't let them drag you into their misery. 10. Don't be afraid to dream and know that you are always supported by the universe. Hope this helps! - Your Friendly Neighborhood Coach ❤

I have read this book and would only recommend it to readers who are new to the world of self help. The positive aspect is that it gives you a good old kick up the ar.. and you take away some motivation to finally go for "it". But that is pretty much all. What I didn't like were the long winded parts about aspects that have already been discussed in hundreds of earlier self help books. Hollins goes on and on about 1️⃣ multi tasking 2️⃣ Pareto Principle 3️⃣ batching similar tasks 4️⃣ distractions (keep your desk clean - yawn...) Really? Has anyone NOT heard about that stuff in 2022? I'd say, stick to the summary provided here and use your time for something worthwhile, e. g. finishing something you recently started 😉

Another great way to stop procrastination is to do things that you are about to put off for a very short amount of time. Whenever I feel like not reading a book I intend to finish, I aim to read only a single page but then I read some more. The start after pause is the most difficult.

perfectionism X Finishing= Learning Finishing Manifesto: Personal to you 2 rules: 1) wjn its time to work I state … Say I will small action right now I want what i want to finish I won‘t what you will avoid State your intention 2) when I want to procrastinate 10-10-10 Imagine what procrastination feels like after 10min- 2hrs what pain if you start now this pain is less 10 min in 10 hrs in 10 days feels less. Schedule time blocks. Unstopable finisher

This is not a well thought-out book. Finishing something, and continuing something, are very different things. Leonardo da Vinci did NOT finish most works, but he continued to paint and he consistently produced astonishing works, even when unfinished. How to keep oneself motivated to continue is a whole topic in itself that require a much more detailed analysis than prescribing one to simply list certain manifestos and thinking incrementally about the future. What I dislike is people who try to sell a product by making things sound easier to give simple solutions to complicated issues. I respect the work you do, but simplifying an already simplified idea is to promote idiocy. I hope you can choose more wisely which books to analyze and present. Until then, I will have to unsubscribe.
