What they don’t tell you in the video is the limitations of the camera. Its operation to inspect 40mm pipe, is limited to 3m and 3 90deg bend. This is because the cable is to flexible and it not able to drive the camera head forward.

Hi there! Thanks for your comment. The minCord 5 with KK13 and push-pull cable is not designed for longer push distances, but for very tight radii, so the cable is very flexible. For longer distances and / or a larger number of bends, we recommend the minCord XL or mC15 with 5.6 mm push-rod cable and the KK18 camera head.

If that was the case, then why is it equipped with a 15m cable? To be fair, I would fully agree that an inspection of 5-10m would be a good result, but 3m is not. And the fact that it can’t pass around more that 3 tight 90 deg bends is another failure. The major issue with your camera is the flexibility of the camera cable. Friction overcome it and the cable turns into a spring.
