My troop manager is not making troops. Can you please help?

I am not sure i can help without taking a look at it. Start by looking at simple problems - it can be possible that your AM builds buildings first and so don't leave much resources for troops. Your farm could be full or you got to do somethings with manager settings or groups. Sometimes people forget to add a off or deff group to their villages and so manager can't build anything since the village is not in particular group.

Its pretty much standart. HQ lvl 20 everything else maxed out unless workshop, market, hiding place. Those you adjust as you please.
