There is now a newer procedure called Tusla Pro uses directional thermal ultrasound and MR imaging with active heat monitoring.This allows the doctor to see real time the areas that need attention.

What is meant by "using tablets"? What are your views of Nanoknife? The other recent technological advance is MRgRT [MRIdian] - another option which is supposed to minimise side effects even more. My concern about focal therapy is that it may not treat all cancer some of which may be undetectable elsewhere in the prostate and there is a higher rate of recurrence requiring further treatment non-focal treatment later [although Nanoknife practitioners say further Nanoknife treatment is possible]. Cost?
