How can a whole research fellow claim she wasnt appointed to teach? The problem is with patrimonialism at the University. Mamdani said that Nyanzi is a niece of the Vice Chancellor. If that is true, she should be sacked along with the VC

After watching this interview. I think Mamdani got played using his management style, where he refers to the recommendations given on a verbal understanding with his now nemesis (Stella). which makes her complaints relevant. His principle thinking of what should be is great but implementation lacking. His terms also make him suspect of a dictatorship style of management. Rather than start with expulsion, allow for investigation but request for an independent body to do it and let the findings hold accountable the culprit.

+rose nankya u realise if u travelled u could be a foreigner somewhere else? classifying and stereotyping people isnt necessary. just because someone does it doesnt mean all of the do. the same way some people classify africans as poor /thieves, but is it the case ? you cant be wrong because of your race mamdani's intentions for uganda may be greater than yours. and having a different color doesnt make you less of a ugandan.
