Brother, you need help. I'm on your side regarding how horrible the situation is, but you can't let that ruin your life. You only have one life to live, and there will always be some horrors going on around the world. (And as bad as it currently is, for most of human history there was a LOT more violence worldwide than there is right now. Read the book Better angels of our nature for more explanations) You can continue to "bear witness", but I'm not sure it's really helping anyone. Whether or not you decide to continue to do so, I really hope you will get better and you will start enjoying life again. It absolutely is possible to do both. Best wishes

But search for a spiritual foundation to make meaning out of things or it will kill you and make you nihilistic. My foundation is in Islam and it gives me peace and meaning - yours may be in some other faith. Anchor yourself to something! One love to you bro, you are a good human - levels above the demons.

The reason why Israel has suffered so few casualities is that Hezbollah is targeting military targets while Israel by contrast follows the Dahitah Doctrine which specifically calls for attacking civilians.

Sayyed Nasrallah bases his decisions on his Islamic humanitarian values, which specifically dictate to keep civilians away from harm, and to only defend and not assault. He is different than other political leaders in the world because he truly works by his values and ethics, and that is why he has never failed to lead the country into victory.
