I took an AMH blood test yesterday and the clinic told me my AMH levels are 0.034ng/ml and that my ovarian age is 50.... I am only 29 and me and my husband so desperately wants a baby. But now I can never get a baby until I am old and gray. I am completely unable to become pregnant naturally and by ivf... I am so shocked and so depressed 😢 😢my dream of becoming a mom and having a baby are destroyed. We got pregnant two months ago naturally but got a miscarriage at 5 weeks and I have irregular periods but I still have periods. I am so heart broken that I just wanna disappear 😢

Why are we using the term "the" menopause? It's just menopause, like puberty is just puberty not the puberty?

Maybe because the word means “menses pause,” so the speaker puts an article in front of it? Whereas puberty comes from a Latin word that means adulthood. A noun that doesn’t get am article. Otherwise, I have no idea.

@@dawnkeckley7502 It's a British thing. Never heard it in Australia or US. It annoys for no real reason
