Thank you! I was a hospital RN with severe symptoms. I was ridiculed by the young coworkers. I lost my confidence and motivation to fight through the horrible symptoms. Sadly, I no longer work even though financially I need to work. It is also so sad because I want to be productive and mentally and physically active. But, employers do NOT want meno women. They find them a liability who are washed up and should just roll over and die. I'm on Estrogen and Progesterone replacement but honestly still not confident, able to learn quickly or able to deal with stress like I was before my ovaries failed me.

You need testosterone to completely balance your hormones...it will make a huge difference they all work together...I have seen and felt the difference with and without it ...goodluck you deserve to be your best self and you can x

@@cearilindubhlaoi9507 Thank you for your caring message! My T level is in fact non-existent. I tried Bioidentical Testosterone cream 0.25mg-1mg topically applied daily to hairless area of leg or arm. I felt much better including T along with Estradiol & Progesterone; however, my hair has receded an inch around my face. I've gone bald at my temples and my entire vertex has thinned horribly including visible scalp on crown. I was told I must have very sensitive DHT receptors in my hair follicles so I was put on 5mg Finasteride pill daily in January 2021 and I have stopped the Testosterone at least for now because I'm scared I will look like a bald old man as my hair loss pattern is in the Male Pattern. It appears I cannot win with this Hormone replacement stuff. Day and night I search for a way to get back to my premeno self so I can look and feel normal. Meno has taken me from a super productive and cute women to a debilitated ugly unfeminine walking dead unwoman creature. 😭😢😫😩😭

I'm sorry to hear that ...have you ever thought of doing the carnivore diet?? I really do believe HRT is great but a change in lifestyle is also needed ..I was keto now carnivore and it's been a real game changer for me and most women ..I also IF ( intermittent fasting ) again it's such a powerful tool to heal your body and balance hormones... start researching and make your decisions on what's best for you...😊😊

Also maybe you just needed to reduce your testosterone as some women do soak it up more so only use it every 2and day or third day ..

@@cearilindubhlaoi9507 I think I need a little T to to go with my 0.75mg Divigel and 200mg Prometrium to be able to feel and function like my preMeno self but looking at my nearly bald mom and her bald brothers, I'm afraid even a little T will take me to baldness sooner.

Help is very hard to find. Proper help from Menopause specialists not just a gp who really has limited training.

I've seen a few of your videos now & the Davina McCall documentary. One thing that is never discussed is how women cope financially if they leave work/reduce working hours. I'm really starting to struggle now but I have to work full time to earn enough money to pay the bills.

How everything affects women, what about the blokes that HAVE To deal with them? No one thinks about them.
