Objection!! in 10:31 P( 1≤ X ≤ 3 ) so ang p dapat is p(1) since its equal to 1 then p(2) since its greater than 1 and p(3) since its equal to 3 and p(4) since its GREATER than 3 ( diba X ≤ 3 denoted as x GREATER or equal to 3) so mathematically nag taka lang ako bat hindi kasali yung 4 ( sori inaatake nanaman ako ng pagkaperfectionist ko )

X ≤ 3 is denoted as "X less than or equal to 3". We can listen at 10:19-10:22, Prof D clearly said that. Obviously, from the word itself, lower but equal to 3; 4 is not included.
