on charts half a cup of butter equals to 113grams but I LOVE that she says 115 becaıse she realizes how ridiculous 113 grams is in a recipe

They look good but they’re not bagels, they’re mini rolls. Bagels don’t have milk or butter in them, they traditionally have a hole in the middle for threading onto poles or string and they’re boiled before baking to get that shiny and chewy crust. Sorry for being a pedant, just telling it how it is.

hmm, so, it's basically đevrek, got it. I don't know why I thought they were same as donuts...

@mimosveta Жыл бұрын
noice. pretty sure she said "traditional Slavic recipe" but google changed it more socially acceptable and racist "traditional Slovak recipe". well, Slovaks aren't accidentally called that, they are Slavs too. As well as all those other nations you love to hate, like Russians, Ukrainians, and Serbs, and some you pretend to like like Poles, Croats, Bulgarians... it's weird that americanasties are more obsessed with ridding the world of Serbs before Poles and Bulgarians, considering there are more of each of these, but I guess Serbian millennias old connection to Russia is key. Destroying Serbia would hurt Russsia, and that's apparently all it takes.
