The video you filmed during that time was absolutely amazing and perfectly executed. It was stunning and so warming life. I feel a little bit disappointed in video style changed now.

Hi, with the 1 cup of water and 1/2 cup of milk, is not too much liquid for only 3 1/2 cups of flour

Very good tute and I am dying to try it. I work in grams in Australia. I have found out, the US cup....which is smaller than ours... is 240 mls or 240 grams. One US tablespoon of butter is 14 grams. A US tablespoon is smaller than an Australian one. 15 ml compared to 20 ml.

There is no way 1 3/4c flour, and 3/4 c sugar allow you to make that much dough. No way.

Your lemon curd procedure is different from the lemon curd procedure on your lemon meringue cheesecake recipe from years back. When did you decide to change the procedure and which one is more efficient, economical and approachable for untrained bakers?

Thank you for that question. It's true..in some cases my recipes evolve as I evolve as a baker. For years I was taught to always make a lemon curd using a bain marie, but once I realized that I could make it over direct heat in less time (and just as easily), I switched methods, and adapted the recipe a little to do so. This is now how I make lemon curds and I hope you'll give it a try.

@@ohyum I will try this tested technique next time. I have also seen it done with melting chocolate. Bain marie vs direct heat. I guess I have always used the double boiler method because I am more confident that burning is less likely to happen while I multitask. Thank you for answering my question.

Great ideas (RGhYUNUT MTSUYYNYM, in Hebrew). // SHLM & HaB (peace & love). The Name of the Creator is Hayah Asher Hayah, as what He told Moshah (Exodus 3:14), preserved in the Hebrew Scriptures. There is a curse to the G-o-d name (Isaiah 65:11-12), preserved in the Hebrew Scriptures. All followers of the Messiah are to do the 7 appointed times (Leviticus 23), but no more animal sacrifices, following the Crucifixion of the Messiah. We are now of the order of MLK TSDQ (King, righteous), to Whom ABRaHM tithed. Ask the Messiah to be your personal Savior. He said to him, I am the way, the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me (John 14:6). ...for all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of Hayah (Romans 3:23). The wages for sin is death but the gift of ALaHYM is Everlasting Life through Messiah Yahushgh our Master (Romans 6:23). That if you confess with your mouth the Master Yahushgh and believe in your heart that ALaHYM raised Him from the dead, you shall be saved (Romans 10:9). He Himself is an Atoning Offering for our sins, and not for ours only but also for all the world (1 John 2:2).
