Love the vlogs Frankie man. Irish lad living Vancouver here. Just started boxing about 6 months ago. These videos are pretty motivational for me just starting out and just seeing what I should be working towards training wise. Was surprised to see you on love island mate, pretty good opportunity to gain exposure to a wider audience, I bet it benefitted your KZbin and probably your instagram even more. Didn’t think you seemed like the love island type , you seem way to cool calm and rational compared to some of the drama heads on the show. I bet it was a cool experience though. Man keep doing what you’re doing I’ll be following/watching while I try to work my way toward my first amateur fight at the age of 28…. Wish I started boxing earlier 😂 #daveyHasHisCakeAndEatsIt - need to get this on your training top man haha

Hey, I'm kind of just starting boxing, joined a gym hitting bags and what not. Is it normal to deal with wrist pain after almost every workout? They gave us gel hand wraps, it's nothing like how you professionals wrap your hands. Maybe thats the issue?

Hey Frankie, what brand of heart rate monitor do you use? I’ve been looking at different ones, I used to use whoop, but didn’t like that it’s subscription. Currently looking at myzone and the Apple Watch. Leaning more towards the apple watch now. Just want something to track when I’m in red zone, because my cardio is just not good enough yet. Any suggestions would be appreciated man!
