Professional install of CB radio in 2019 F350 from changing lighter outlet to outfitter switches

I’ve been trying to figure out where I’m going to mount a CB…this my work in my 2020.

What did you use to fill in the hole you brought your wiring through? Looks fairly large.

I did something similar but my SWR is way too high(5). How can I lower it?

You can't. This isn't a professional install, this is a homeowner hack job. Professionals don't use mag mounts to install on a backrack with zero ground plane. Professionals don't use butane torches to 'burn' heatshrink. Professionals will mount an NMO mount in the middle of the roof. Professionals will use a proper heat gun to control the heat to perform solder connections. In fact, professionals will most likely use waterproof marine crimps and not solder fittings from amazon.

That is Poor ground plane , you’ll burn out the finals in the transmitter section of the radio in no time.
