Freerunning isn't just about flips. You could say that it's art. Vaults and jumps are just as cool. While I do enjoy the acrobatic aspect of it, I also look at people who don't just incorporate flips and am amazed by the stuff they can do. There are always techniques to building up for trying flips, you just got to have confidence in yourself.

What's stopping you? Freerunning has the same amount of danger as any other sport, because it's a SPORT. There are loads of classes that are starting to pop up as well.
