I personally don't get it. I have run into so many tight players who have AA in a 3 bet pot. Like I 3 bet and they call. It is like bro, if you would have 4 bet and i folded preflop, then you would have won more money than going to the flop with AA due to rake. Nits don't make any sense to me, like I am going to lose less, which is equal to winning?
