When I worked on bin lorries a few years ago I had to steam clean underneath them for mot prep and a lot of the floors on the bin body where all the rubbish goes were corroded through with small holes everywhere and all the greasy fishy smelling waste water used to collect and congeal on the chassis, air pipes and wiring, axles and diff. It was a horrible job laid on your back with a waterproof suit on which wasn't that waterproof so when you were blasting it all off it used to splash back and you'd get a face full of it. Aye I don't miss doing that and glad I got made redundant so I could go and work on buses. That job like what Chris does certainly seperates the men from the boys.

Hey Chris With them hook loaders, if you tip the hook (as though you’re tipping a bin) you can go down each side (don’t go under the tipped hook), and wash most of the chassis from up top, it only leaves the bit right underneath

This video brought last night at work memory flooding back, got absolutely drowned in the torrential rain doing a couple of jobs in the yard, then got within 1/2 mile of home and got called out to one of the motors where the bright spark driver had driven flat out thru flood water and popped the wheel arch panels off!! Tell ya what coach drivers give me never ending struggles, I do wonder how some of them manage to tie their own laces tbh 🤦‍♂️
