I’m a professional boatman Chris and when I started the job over half the men were bollocks! Lol. The only time you’ll ever get in and trouble is if something goes wrong but if you haven’t got a licence then they can’t take it off you can they! Be responsible and have some fun at the same time and you’ll be fine mate! I quite often have a couple of beers when I’m sailing along in my own sailing boat. We had are annual regatta yesterday so the whole village was pissed getting in and out of rowing boats. 🍺🍺🍺⚓️⚓️🦈🦈
