◆About Robert Kondo
Robert landed his dream job as a sketch artist at Pixar on their 2006 release Ratatouille. While at Pixar, his film credits included Sets Art Director for Ratatouille, Toy Story 3, and most recently Monsters University and Production Designer on two shorts. In July, 2014, Robert left Pixar to start Tonko House, where everyday is a challenge and an adventure.

professional work is like when you babysit someone else's child(don't care much) and personal work is like when you LOVE and CARE your own child's future(simple as that). jmo

Thank you so much for all your amazing tips! They are invaluable. But as a struggling freelancer I have a question: Do you ever have times when the challenge of creating seems too big? And if so how do stay positive and keep your motivation? Thanks!
