Okay so i have a question, you said that you can measure heterozygosity at an individual level, subpopulation level, and metapopulation level, how do you measure it on an individual level, its either recesive, dominant or heterozygous? Does it mean that he measured for the 4000 plants first-which is Fi, then for the regions east, center, west- Fs, and third metapopulation-Ft ? And so the reagions would be the demes as we call them, and subpopulations would be for geting the individual level? the lecture is great, but it does not correspond with my materials, and i am also not a native english speaker, sorry for the inconvenience...
