Thanks for uploading these lectures! I could not find your videos on youtube when I searched by lecture number and name and was freaking out 😂. These helped me prepare for my comprehensive exam (In the field of biochemistry, studying protein evolution, did my bachelors on microbio and immunology and had NO proper education on evolution).

How is the expression st/s+t derived? Does it make some assumption about genotype/allele frequencies?
