Could you help me with something. I have to create multiple documents for standard procedures and I have to insert different icons and images into the documents over and over. Is there a way to make buttons to insert these images so it is really quick to do. right now ppl are pasting the images into each document and using them that way. I want to add the images somehow to the top bar and make quick insert shortcuts or something if this is possible. Do you have any ideas for this?

Hi Bruce, I have heard this request before, and unfortunately I don't have a good answer. You'd think there would be a way to save the copy & paste images, but I don't know of a way to do that. The clipboard only saves one copy at a time, so I don't think it's possible to choose the image you'd like to paste. If you find something useful please share it with me.

Are you going to make the same video but for PowerPoint and Excel? Since they have different short cuts

Hi Nino, Try using the - key to the left of the = key or the - key above the + key on the number pad. I hope this helps.

shift+f3 doesn't work in my laptop. it increases the volume of the audio :( what's wrong? anyone?

Hi Bader, All right, so you probably have a key that says Fn on it. That turns on your function keys. So you might have to hold down Shift+F3+Fn in order for it to work. I hope this solves it.

Hi Oeng, Control+F9 inserts a new Empty Field braces. It's a shortcut for you to type text in between {} fields. I hope this helps.
