Not sure that makes sense. The Arab World, also called Arab States, consists of 22 nations in the middle east. Whereas Islam is a religion. And while many countries in the middle east are dominated by the Islamic religion.... Well. It'd be like saying you prefer we call Europe the "christian world" by comparison.

I usually do not comment under KZbin videos, but I think you and your job are valuable. That is the reason, I write to you this comment. I am also a big fan of your Italian language learning videos. In the first video of this series, you mention about the Arabic alphabet. But under it, you wrote "تخت جمشید‎" (Takhte e Jamshid). This is one of the capital cities of Persian Empire (Achaemenid Empire) before the Christ. Notably, this is written in Persian and not Arabic. Greeks called it Persepolis. Although, we still use this name as in Greek in Iran. But now about this video. Whoever is Muslim dos not mean that the person is Arab. Approximately, 25% of Muslims are Arab and the rest are non Arab, including Iranians. I would prefer the title to be the Islamic World instead of Arab World. These Persian scientists that you mentioned here are Persian ( interchangeably as Iranian also ) living in pan Iran and not Arab. A viewer in the West do not usually know the difference and they think that all of these are invented by Arabs. Actually, these straight lines as borders of Arab countries are the results of "Sykes- Pico secret agreement" that Britain and France under supervision of Rothschild invented these artificial nation states in 1920s, including Iraq. During and before WWI, the countries so called: Iraq, Syria, Palestine, Lebanon, Jordan, Saudi Arabia etc. have never been existed. As I mentioned above, they were invented by that old fox, Britain. Have you ever watched the movies "Lawrence of Arabia" or "Queen of the Desert". The later one is the biography of Gertrude Bell, the founder of the country we know today as Iraq. It is different that Iran and I had to mention it. In addition, the city of Baghdad (comes from Persian which means God Given) that we see today was one of the centers of science production in what is so called "the Golden Age of Islam, but not any era of only Arabs. In reality, all scientists from Pan Iran and India and even Egypt which was not an Arab Country in that time, even though the Arabic became their mother tongue later, had come together in this city for academic purposes. When we talk about Arabs, we usually talk about Arabian Peninsula, and not these people that are under the names of Iraq, Syria, Egypt, etc. and all countries in North Africa. These are Arab speakers who became Arab by the force of Arabs of Arabian Peninusula. Now the title as Arab world instills into the mind of a person in the West that all these inventions are done by Arabs, but in essence it is untrue. These were mostly non Arabs, including Iranians, Indians, and Egyptians etc. I did not want to devalue your job, but encompassing of all these non Arab scientist into one name, is the distortion of History. In your case, I believe it is not on purpose. That is the reason, I am fan of your job and I appreciate it. I am an Iranian in Europe. Some of people know these differences here but some on the other hand, are totally unaware. That is the reason, I should constantly explain these difference for my European audience. But Anyway, thanks and good luck.

Ibn sina and albiruni and alfarabi all are turkish not Persian they all born in modern day Uzbekistan which is historically part of Turks homeland
@Italsat4861
@Italsat4861 3 жыл бұрын
@@gehadibrahim2912 The origin of Turks and Turkish language is NOT in a geographical location that you know today as Republic of Turkey. Turks come from Central Asia and their language belongs to Turkic root from that region. . In 13th century, they did pour into Asia Minor where Byzantine Empire existed. Then in the battle of Constantinople in 1453, they came out victorious and strengthened the Ottoman Empire. Turks also changed the name of the city to Istanbul. In addition, in early 20th century (1923), the country so called Turkey (an artificial state) was founded by Mustafa Kemal (AKA Atatürk) of course, under supervision of England (The Old Fox). About other artificial countries, I explained above. . Those physicians and scientists that you mentioned lived in an era that a country so called “Turkey” was inexistence and subsequently, the nationality of Turkish was nonexistence. Instead, in that specific era of history, the country as Iran was in existence and those lands that have -stan (means land in Persian) in that region were part of Iran and not Turkey. If you were alive in that time and asking these great Persian scientists that where you are from? They would tell you, Iran. Why? Because they did not know where Turkey is. Are you still confused? It’s natural! Do not worry! . 26 centuries ago, Cyrus the Great, has founded Iran as the 1st nation state in the history of humanity. However, the history of Iran dates back to over 5000 years ago. However, as a nation state, it is since 550 BC. These aforementioned lands + from India up to Egypt as well as Asia Minor itself were part of Pan Iran. If we want to take into account your criteria which are completely incorrect and false to designate a nationality to someone, we should say that these people are all together Iranian (AKA Persian). But we should not. You should get to know a concept “Persianate Society” in order to have deeper grasp. Google it later. . I hope this short explanation will help you out to have better understanding in terms of Iran (as the 1st nation state) first, and then the country that you were born in which is an artificial state, most probably. Good Luck!
