The reason why he is such a good player is not only because he knows how to dribble and shoot, but he makes the right decisions on the court about passing or shooting. I love the video's keep it up!

I'm not saying that he isn't an excellent player. But those are mostly show matches. Like Pro Wrestling. The Harlem Globetrotters are coming to us here in Germany too. The outcome is fixed. Just like the _"impossible"_ plays.

His game is totally different from most Street ballers. As you can see in this video, he has great defense for his size, can shoot very well from three and especially midrange, and has great basketball IQ. Along with his amazing handles (and he does know the difference between street ball and regulation b ball) and ability to finish, he could play in the NBA. He would just need to put a few more pounds. I know that he won't and he has a good thing going for him, but he could do it. He has played in tournaments with Allen Iverson, George Hill, and other NBA players, and has easily held his own. Give this man some credit for having the ability to play in the BIG LEAGUES but doing what he loves instead.

He's 5'10". That's not that bad, there are guys in the NBA now that are that short. If you mean his strength, that might be something but he is as big as Steph Curry, so I don't think it would matter that much. His talent can make up for most of his size issues.

This guy is very entertaining to watch. It's a shame he isn't good enough for the NBA (IIRC he was a second/third string player for his community college), because it would be cool to see some of these moves used effectively.
@Dre-yd2xh9 жыл бұрын
ruhtraeel what you mean not good enough?, hes a master ball handler, great shooter, driver, and passer
@ruhtraeel9 жыл бұрын
Imagine a typical NBA player to be able to do everything he could do, but be a foot taller, be faster, stronger, and jump higher. Also, continuously doing those moves isn't useful because if the opposing player doesn't bite, he is just wasting the shot clock.
@Dre-yd2xh9 жыл бұрын
Well im pretty sure he'd know he cant do that stuff in the NBA, professor is one of the only streetballers who put tricks last, so therefore hes mostly a fundamental player so i know hes perfectly capable of following NBA rules
@yanrivers9 жыл бұрын
+ruhtraeel Grayson Boucher is a tremendous athlete, and has excellent basketball skills. He developed them especially in junior college where you say he was a third-stringer. If you take a few minutes to read his bio, "ruhtraeell", you'll see that this 5'10", 155 lb. white boy's only problem was the ignorance of coaches who couldn't look past his size and color. Haters gonna hate.
@ruhtraeel9 жыл бұрын
It is the exact opposite of "ignorance" that made coaches not select him. The thing is, size MATTERS in the NBA. It's not like soccer, where many players can be many different sizes and still be very good. If you're small, you are at a disadvantage. Colour has nothing to do with this. By your logic, Steve Nash wouldn't have been chosen to be in the NBA either. I'm not hating on him by any means; I think he is a very entertaining player to watch, which is why I practice some of his moves and do them in pickup just for fun. I just know that he wouldn't be effective in the NBA, and neither would his moves be.

@PistolKev8 жыл бұрын
yulewave1 you do know some of them are legit good at basketball?? Take proffesor against any regular basketball player and he would destroy them. Silk aka andre poole is also with and1 but he was actually better at organized ball but he decided to play streetball cuz thats what he likwd. AO was actually good enough to be a pg in the nba but some reasons that wasnt about his skills had it so he never made it. Stop asuming shit,
@HeatLedgerKicks8 жыл бұрын
Rafer Alson had a relatively lengthy NBA career. He transitioned from AND1 basketball. These guys are surely talented, but it takes some adjusting and the RIGHT ATTITUDE to make it in the NBA. I think Prof had D1 eligibility, but I never said the NBA for the record.
@Mati303s8 жыл бұрын
If streetballers learned to do enough team work and enough deffense, and focused on attack (like kobe bryant and kyrie on the NBA), I think they would be actually good. If they start playing on rules and acommodating to NBA standards but keepning some efficient streetball moves it would be better than the current NBA players. (Just an opinion)
