Company official told me that 5 litre test should be done for quantity check and filter paper test should be done for fuel quality test. This only way to check a particular petrol pump is doing business in a proper way or not.

Explanation clear, however 3 simple techniques to refuel. 1. Always go for Full tank petrol so that we are able evaluate the fuel volume is matching to our full tank capacity, hence benefit of doubt is clear. 2. Never choose petrol bunks without density display or density reading less than or equal to 700. 725-750 must be maintained at minimum. Else, no value to fuel we are spending. 3. Always prefer to fuel in ambient cold weather conditions, so that fuel expansion losses can be prevented. During heated summer, 1litres of petrol we are buying is not 1litres but it will be in expanded version.
