Rugby, rugby , rugby….what u said is all legit. But to me Slides and drills never worked Only real life worked. In football if you’re good you can have 15 tackles in a game Rugby you can have 15 tackles in the first 5 minutes. How many Samoans play defense in the NFL?? Kinda a lot. Rugby is played more than football in Samoa. You can’t have bad tackling technique when you don’t have helmets and pads
