This is how you tackle nice!! Is like roping a steer the rope is the tacklers arms. You stop a steer dead in its tracks by getting the rope around the lower legs

Not the best way to tackle. To many broken legs , and its technically arm tackling. We tried it, and we got away from it. Is it the safest way yes, not the best way to tackle though.

if you are putting your shoulder into the ball carrier's thigh and wrapping up - how is that an arm tackle?

It’s not an arm tackle if head is across the body. If you’re tackling with head behind that’s an arm tackle… this is the best and safest form of tackling 100%

It's because ya'll are teaching it wrong. You don't just put your shoulder but you HIT with your shoulder. The arms are just used for wrapping. Watch the rugby tackles

But this doesn’t inforce, same foot same shoulder which is what generates power and stability. This seems like it ends with alot ankle injuries for ball carrier.
