Excellent review and thank you for listening to your fan base for a review. This is an amazing deal and I'm surprised it can do so much at this price level and for a newer software. Let's hope they can last for some time. Their customer feature requests include "Create Tickets from Chat" ... just like you mentioned. Watched to the end as usual. Brett

good review. i have a problem with the fact that they dont offer BYOK, no good way of transferring between AI chat and human input, no commitment to supporting other LLMs, no good way of customizing flow per customer, per page, per property/website. not ready for prime time in my view.

cool, superb walk trough ! - and very interesting - good app, as a convertbox user (but haven't gotten to implement it in full scale at the project I bought it fore) Your showcasing Charla, got me tempted to get this , especial the AI part. - Will check up if Convertbox cant get this feature added.. :-.)

Does this slow down the website when using it on wordpress?

The actual performance impact would likely be minimal for most sites, but if your WordPress site is already loading many plugins or has performance issues, every additional script matters. The script is loaded asynchronously (it waits for the 'load' event), which means it won't block your main page from loading However, it does add: An additional script request (to widget.js) DOM manipulation (creating and appending elements) To minimize any potential performance impact, place this code just before the closing tag rather than in the Make sure the widget is actually needed on every page where it's loaded.

I'm just diving into New Oaks. Wonder how Charla matches up against N.O. 🤔 Based on price it's close. New Oaks $379 ($303.20 discounts) for unlimited everything. Add another $200 for full agency Whitelabel. Charla $390 ($315.90 discounts) for 50 agents. But features and capabilities, I'm not sure yet
