I was at a small petting zoo with some 'do *not* pet these' animals when I was a kid. Wandering around one of the fences, I noticed a hole and a bunch of tiny haystacks with legs wandering out. Not wanting them to get lost, I sat near the hole to try and encourage them to stay inside. Then what I thought was mama haystack showed up. It was a rhea, so probably papa haystack. He extended about ten feet of neck and made a sound like a leaky gas main. Just about jumped out of my skin, even though I was safely on the other side of the fence.

The anime Aggretsuko has a character in it who's a secretary bird and she's actually how secretary birds became one of my favorites. They're super stylish birds and probably the most stylish by far.

Bulgaria has several types of Hawks, Kites, Eagles & the Griffon Vulture, so yes you do have Raptors. Especially the Golden Eagle, which has an 8 foot wingspan & hunts both small & medium sized animals, including deer & mountain goats.

@@captainmarvelous7673 even though they don't got size they have volume. Chicken is about the cheapest meat you can buy. I'd be down for that kind of vegetarianism but I love steak too much man. I'm not huge on other meat and meh on burgers but I can't give up the rare treat of steak lol
