I remember when I heard this at Grambling state university. They manager Reggie opened up a donut shop there to scout talent. He just helped profyle get a deal with Motown. One of my guys gave me a tape with about 5 song off the soon coming album and a recording of Fred (l jai) singing a Sam Cooke song In Studio. I played that tape sooooo much!
