what can i do to help my son and daughter to start doing high dive saves. my son is 9 and daughter is 11 years old

they are both playing select soccer now and I want to step up their game. both of them want to be Professional Goalkeepers

Hey Rodolfo, It honestly just takes time to develop the high dives. They need to first get comfortable with their technique and that will help ease them into high dives. So I would start from the ground up. Start them on their sides, the up to their knees than up to their feet. But the knees are vital because that is where they learn to hit the ground properly without hitting the ground with the extra force that comes with high dives from your feet.
