how we should connect this reader to our controller "Wiegand 2 Doors IP Access Controller EX-AS02" ? we connect it, but it doesnt work...we tried to configure it through the "access control managment" software, but there is no ability to do that...even through extended settings. maybe there is a pairing code? or this reader should work with controller after reader is connected to it? thank you

When I put the code what it does is lock the door, not unlock it which is what I want. Any help ?????
