how we should connect this reader to our controller "Wiegand 2 Doors IP Access Controller EX-AS02" ? we connect it, but it doesnt work...we tried to configure it through the "access control managment" software, but there is no ability to do that...even through extended settings. maybe there is a pairing code? or this reader should work with controller after reader is connected to it? thank you

Hi there David. I'm an Occupational Therapist in Sydney Australia. I have a question about 'locking the door' after the pin has been entered and entry to the room (in this case a bathroom) has been successful. How do we prevent other users coming in while the bathroom is in use?
