I purchased this and it worked for a few months. When I open VM to run ids, I now get a message saying “unregistered software,expired”. I sent a total of 3 emails but still no help. Very frustrating. Global commerce is lacking in customer support.

How are you doing, my brother this is Jack, The reason I’m asking this question is because since I’ve been programming since 2021 I have used my 508 am I 919 Autel, programming and coding used ECM’s without the use of a paid subscription. So I’d like to know do this device that you are partnership with required for paid ford subscription or is the subscription integrated with the device.

@willburnette9359 yes they were able to get it to work. The installation is a bit tricky and might be confusing if your not to familiar with these programs but he does have other videos where he explains the installation process

Hey I reached out to you through your website and no response I got the Vnci from you I’m having problems yesterday I had a 04 f150 and I kept getting error 0 0x12 851082 and tried doing a 05 and I get the same error code any help is appreciated.
