Thanks for the info sir! I have a yyk controller 40a 48v1500w of hub and a 52v of battery. The problem is why the temperature of the controller rise faster? The hub are hot. And if it met the temperature 80 it will become the hub will lock even though the setting in apps are off in motorlock setting? I hope you can help me. Thank you! What are you using the dc to dc convertor for? Lights etc.. Does the blue tooth module just work by plugging it in to controller? Or needs 12v supply? What about the regen braking does that need 12v?

his battery is too low for the controller, so he uses dc-dc converter to get more voltage and run the motor

Same, my friend has the same controller but 72V version he can set to 30 but my 120 v can't be set over 15. And the same motor runs faster with 72v,because of that. Very unfair

I didn't see where the wheel size parameter and number of pole pairs is set, so RPM and speed can be related. Also would be interested to set a limited maximum power or current mode, in order to increase the range...

Hi friend... To put Bluetooth you need compatible controller.. on your case you need two bluetooth controllers to set different accelerations on each wheel..

Hi, i have yyk 2500w controller and 1000w brushless motor. I set the current limit so when i run the motor, the current never above 20A. But the phase cable (3 cable from controller to motor) is very hot. Temp indicator in the app reach 60 degrees. Can you help me why this happen?

What is the true rating of this controller? It says 80 amps, but Is the rating a continuous rating?, rating for 2 minutes? or is that the peak for 10 seconds burst rating?. Every manufacturer seems to have there own standards for advertising and it makes it confusing. It usually puts me off buying the controllers until i do sufficient research, if I can find sufficient information that is.

Manufacturers write on n controllers always the maximum power output, so to calculate rate current you must divide max power/2, so in this case 80A/2=40A rated... Now peak power time operation of controller, is exact from how we cooling the controller....

Well I mean, these won’t. And the motor certainly isn’t drawing that much. But the safety factors on wires are insane. And if it’s running PWM surely it’d be better because they’re pulsed and not truly constant.
