The Dixell Prime controller shows me a P2 alarm, could you help me? please. What can I do to fix it? This controller is in a Freezer

For the meantime go to P2 and change Y to N and p2 alarm disappear ( at this time the defrost end by time not by temperature) I don't recommend to disable P2 for a long time coz it was designed by engineers with a specific purpose. Then go to refrigeration shop and buy ntc sensor then replace the evaporator sensor. And don't forget to restore back the P2 parameter. Thank God later not me sir💓

Hi! I've set my dixell xr06cx based on your settings from your video. Dixell xr06cx is the stock temp controller on our fujidenzo 4 door freezer. I have two of these freezers. one of them has the problem of not achieving the -21deg temp during business hours (day time) and temperature rises fast when door is open. so an example scenario, when door is opened for about 15 sec. , the temp. goes from -16deg to -5deg. and it takes about 3-4 hours to go back to -16deg with doors closed. during night time, when our store is close, the temp could go -21deg. and operation is normal with cut off and cut in. what could be the problem on the sudden rise of temp and long waiting time to reach the -21deg? much appreciated. thanks.

Its normal coz cold air scape. If busy just set IDF to 6 hrs and Mdf to 15/20 mins. For long hours to stabilise temperature check running pressure and maintain condenser fins from dust
