Prof. Hanson, you must try to give a lecture every other day, or at least every week. It is vital we the people hear from you in order not to go insane, driven by the unhinged Trump hating lefties.

Victor, When you were asked whether anyone was 'doing it right', referring to irrigation, water conservation, etc. you answered that you had been everywhere and that nobody was doing it right. But somebody IS doing it right: Israel uses a set of strategies, including desalination, recovering 'grey water' to use in drip irrigation to make of their part of the world--a desert--a productive agricultural cornucopia. They also have designed a portable way for people who have no safe, reliable water source to set up and install, which they donate to at-risk populations; they even send crews out to set these systems up and train local people to operate and maintain these systems.

I live in middle America and meet alot of people who have left CA. Matter of fact a mother with her children became my tenants and told me the cost of living continues to rise every year. She was also very concerned about one of her son's rehabilitation from drug's. That same son shared his story with me about living under a bridge and Soo thankful to have a normal life again, working and responsible etc.

I agree with others who say it is too hard to hear. I can hear barely it, but it's too much work to lean in, stay upright and try to understand every word. The talk seems worth hearing ... I think you could do better!!! remember, turning it down is possible to zero, up is limited no matter what your own system range is!

Not if you have a proper American Stereo system setup still. If you have one of those progressive millennial desktop speaker setups , you should be deported. Try a power amp and some Klipsch Heresey's
