This movie is legend. Perusing Bridger vids as my son prepares for his MSU journey. Can’t believe I just now am seeing it. Well done. Thanks for the memories. Cheers.

Awesome throwback to Groove and Bridger. Brought back so many memories. Total freedom, fresh powder, and a Toyota with a great stereo....and don't look at the Whale!

One of the best ski videos of all time. Loved it..... I actually love taking out my old Dynastars circa 1992. They are so light. Helps with some sweet jump turns.....

I have a pair of 1984 Vintage Gold Dynastar Course SL's in a 185 (which is short, I know). Better edge hold than anything else in my quiver and damp as hell, they like to be skied a million miles an hour. Still a super fun ski.

I remember when 200 cm was considered the short long ski. 190's were not tolerated.

Takes me back to the days of my 210 Rossi Stratas. I'm 70 now and need a shaped board to help me along. Ah youth.

Amen. And those looked like the first foam fitted Solomon rear entry boots I had for a few seasons. Really fun video to watch. Thankie kindly, Gentlemen.

Just came back from Bridger for the first time this past weekend... and this vid popped up on my feed. This was so rad. I miss my 1990 203 Atomic's with Ess Var bindings, should have never gotten rid of them. Totally had the rear entry boots as well... everyone did! Great vid!

This was actually awesome haha.... I just got done skiing some of the early season pow at Bridger honestly some of the best skiing I've ever had.

This looks exactly like me in 1990 except I couldn't grow a moustache! (Or ski very well...). The boots, the shades, the pink ski suit.

Amazing. All irony aside, while wider skis may better "crush the crud", "float in pow", etc..(whatever), this proves ski technique is about the skier firstly, not the ski. Conversely, - perhaps an argument that skinny's are easier to manipulate and are therefore more versatile in any snow terrain? better? Regardless, - a fun, funny, awesome vid.

As someone who owns and regularly skis a pair of skinnies, they are not “better”. They’re fun as hell, but if I want to push the envelope, they will be staying home. Also, they’re a pain to work on, so any damage and head off to PhD for help.
