Are you twisting the bell around your wrist instead of punching through? I've seen people do it that way and it looks like they're adding s lot of lateral movement whith their body when they do it with any weight or higer reps.

As someone who struggles with the kb snatch this looks incredibly helpful. I've got a good clean, a great press, a good swing but an abysmal snatch. Hopefully this drill will help bridge that gap.
