Nice, that makes it very clear. I have done all the wrong things on the low sweep, now I'm confident I know how to do it correctly.

Does anyone have links to videos and articles going into much more depth on training the vascular system? I'm trying to improve very poor circulation and need to learn a lot more about this.

The video is a clip from "Strong Endurance", a course you can buy and also a seminar you can attend. That's where you'll find more information.

Are you twisting the bell around your wrist instead of punching through? I've seen people do it that way and it looks like they're adding s lot of lateral movement whith their body when they do it with any weight or higer reps.

Is the KB not too far away from you? I was taught that one should imagine a wall in front of them when doing the snatch.
@Sam-vk8xdАй бұрын
There are multiple ways to perform the KB snatch. The way you’re doing it isn’t wrong so long as it feels comfortable for you. If you’re interested in learning a couple different ways, I believe Geoff Neupert has a video series where he breaks down 3 or 4 different ways of doing the KB snatch.

If that blew your mind, simply do the clean and press. I just saved you money on the next book.

As someone who struggles with the kb snatch this looks incredibly helpful. I've got a good clean, a great press, a good swing but an abysmal snatch. Hopefully this drill will help bridge that gap.

There is NO substitute for barbells in strength training. Although this looks like fun,its the blueprint for marketing,, flood the market with propaganda, have a band , pay some people to talk and demonstrate to make it all look legit. Kettlebells have come and gone ,its a FAD, eventually the hype will die and people will realize the limitations in this type of training.
@adamdye9741Ай бұрын
Barbells for max strength and size are unparalleled but KBs have their advantages. Its not a either/or proposition, its a both/and....everyone wins.

Can I combine "plumbing" and strength training in the same program? And if I can, sould I do it in seperate days or I can do it in the same day and in which order?

The protocol mentioned was good for me when I do squat but when I applied it to Bench Press, my muscle just tired out and my heart rate when benching was not as high as my heart rate when squatting. Even though I usde similar intensity (around 55-60%) for 11 reps in both exercise. What should I do in this situation to put my heart rate a little higher for bench press?
