It's a double sided coin. It's easy to tell the difference between a good yuumi and someone who thinks they can just afk. She's a support truly in name as she ONLY supports, and it's SUPER easy to get yourself killed, more so then other champs. Just sitting on someone makes you useless as your E cost will OOM you in 2-3 casts u NEED her passive to be effective. I've played games as both a glorified item, and also games where I had to be super proactive in order to keep my team alive. But that's not a decision you can make at the start of a game, it's not one or the other and sometimes you have to be both.

TomMe jax is definitely harder to play then singed. Also singed can be played as a normal laner in which case his difficulty would be easy. But idk I can only tell you from my own experiences, and I’m bad at easy characters but good on more difficult ones (for instance my yorick is way better then my garen) so individual experience also goes into these lists

Tbh, as an Orianna player I have to say that I would definitely not rate her as „very difficult“. She has very few hard losing matchups and tons of waveclear. She can be used really well to zone the entire enemy team off of an area and once you E R on your main engage, you can solo carry an entire teamfight if you time it well

I would say she's more difficult to learn/play than the other mid laners just because Her kit is reliant on her q/placement. Her kit in itself is more complex than Brand, veigar or ahri. But she's a very strong champion for sure. I personally would pick her over a brand or xerath any day. I personally would've put her in a tier down to difficult rather than very difficult.

@@LonlyGamerX yuumi's e mana cost scales with her max mana, building tear is pretty counter-intuitive?? the thing about yuumi is that since she has a limited amounts of e's she can cast in a short amount of time, she needs to rely on her passive to get back mana (presence of mind doesn't give enough at once). but to get mana from her passive, yuumi needs to find the correct opportunity during teamfights to get out and auto without getting cc'ed or focused

​@@starseed3705 Well i never run out of mana after i bought the tear, i normally do before but not after, a lot more people are going tear due to increase her mana and with presence of mind its better. Also her passive rarly gives much mana, ive tryed without dying (i use to main her top in preseason for fun without feeding). Everyone has a different build style and what ever works you, works for you. I build tear due to i never run out of mana after that and i find her easy to play. What i find hard is if your the adc due to you are weak early game with a support yummi due to little heals else i would say she is easy to play. Even riot has only made her a 1 star difficulty.

the list is made off of skill ceiling. Skill floor sure Draven has highest among adcs even among a lot other champs but skill ceiling not so much. Ezreal skill floor to ceiling is like one of the easiest champ to play to hardest to master, basically u cant ever be absolutely useless on Ezreal doesnt mean he's easy to be played a full potential. Kai'sa is hard based off of the fact that u can do a lot more, have a lot more in ur kit(and no Aphelios having a lot of guns isn't the same thing). The explanation you gave for jax is the exact same for a lot of the splitpushers in lower tiers, and just a lot of champs in general. Orianna is NOT harder to play than someone like A-sol and Azir, who have to worry about their abilities position too plus they have extra things to worry about. Yuumi is not harder to play than most of the medium supports. Also, you didnt even talk about their skill floor vs skill ceiling much. I'd argue someone like Kai'sa has a high skill floor but low skill ceiling vs someone like Kalista, but she is lower. Where's Skarner and Nasus? There's so many little things that bug me about this list.

Every other lane has most of those. The difference being: the top lacks mobility to escape ganks, the mid has a million entrances for said ganks, support is literally dependent on the ADC to progress in game, and the jungler is responsible for securing objectives, keeping the other jungler at Bay and ganking. In my opinion, jungler is the toughest. Maybe not mechanically(?) But that depends on the champ.

I definitely agree with you. Draven is one of the most punishable adcs in the game. His passive is useless unless he gets a kill and when he dies he loses %75 of his stacks. The fact that his enemies can see where his axes land makes him vulnerable to skillshots. To not lose with Draven you need to have a very good sense of movement. This tier list is a joke

It would be nice to know what measurements are used for this tiers. Certainly it is not the grow of wr through accumulation of games: Riot already posted about this and vladimir and singed were on the top (making them, by this standard, really hard to learn). It seems to me that this seems to be based mostly on the micromechanics, and even if i agree that some champions (yasuo, katarina, riven...) have a very high skill-ceiling because of that, we cannot ignore other factors. Orianna has a very unique mechanic that makes her skill ceiling very high: if you place the ball in the wrong spot during laning phase, you might end pushing your lane when you want to freeze, or having to retreat to trigger the automatic reattach. Making full advantage of shen passive is also very tricky, and doing this wile you place your sword in the right spot and you are looking at your teammates requires full focus and a lot of practice. Rengar combos are no joke, and again making full use of its passive its veeery hard. Although i agree there are champions that are simply braindead (like garen) and very hard to even play in an average level (like yasuo), you need an standard for most of the champions. Its very hard to agree with this tier list because it sounds like a subjective opinion.

@@danieljensen8478 You're Nuts the only thing harder in Orianna is probably the macro play required to use the ball as a zoning tool and not getting yourself into sticky situations where the ball will take a while to get back to you, but Mechanics Wise Azir is the hardest champion in league, no arguing that, and he also isn't in teh best spot right now in the meta which also makes him even harder to pull off efficiently.

@@danieljensen8478 Orianna's skill comes from placing her ball in the right areas etc. Which is really no different to Azir positioning his soldiers, on top of this Azir requires more mechanical skill to pull off his shuffles (And not to mention he is a worse champ overall which makes it even harder to play him)

As an adc main i think draven should be at least in the difficult category. I main lucian and caitlyn and have a harder time with draven because of the constant need to avoid cc and kite perfectly

people need to stop talking about draven lol... he is definitely an adc who takes some games to get use to catching axes, but no player i know gold+ considers him a difficult champion. as someone already mentioned, once he gets sustain he is literally healing for 50-75% of his health every auto. in lane specifically he is one of the easiest adcs to play. he becomes a little bit more difficult once team fights break out, but it's not that big of a step up.

Yasuo does require a good amount to skill to be played decently. It’s just a matter of making one or two mistakes against a midlaner with more than 50 IQ and you’re going to be behind all game, anyways azir is way more difficult than yasuo, I agree with you.

I mean putting ahri and azir on the same level is kinda stupid. Azir is really hard to pick up, but after 50 games you can autopilot whole game. I am a yasuo main and it is the same with him, after you get the hang of most very difficult champions, you can usually auto pilot your way to atleast diamond with decent game knowledge. The skill floor is low for most champions, ots the celling that can get really spicy

And also zed isn't difficult, you just button mash, if you want to get out of a fight you just w flash, kindred is way harder in how you play her in the jungle because you have to kite, you have a danger in getting one shot and early game is not so good. Yes for me TF should be at difficult lvl, he is like a magnet for assassins, and you need to master microgaming if you want to play rankeds as him. For me, i quit playing him as i found it hard to get kills, I always had tons of assists, but only few kills

im a dia1 player who even plays with challengers nowdays, and i have to say i have to do the same shit what tf does every single game as katarina, but harder, cause i will not be usefull if im even, i cant tp back to my lane if i failed a roam, and i have to struggle just as much as tf in most of the matchups, since kat is not a laning champ. but i still think tf deserves to be around high moderate-difficult. but anyways there are way more questionable things, like singed in easy instead of hard, teemo should be around hard too, akali should be in really hard then i dont know how rengar got into moderate, when he is just as hard as lee and nidalee. midlane tf for sure into hard, also probably ziggs too, zed azir, xerath,akali,anivia,vel'koz should be very hard, since their skillcap is insane, and also lb should be really hard(just think about fakers lb vs caps/perkz lb, the diff is huge, even tho i love luka and winther) Draven is no way moderate, he should be also very hard, varus is easy, kog is also easy/low moderate with jinx, and cait vayne aphelios kalista should be in very hard, and they should enitrely re-do hard tier, probably dinger and ziggs would fit in that, maybe also kaisa and xayah, and maybe lucian. supports are like how is leona and naut not in the lowest tier, also lulu and janna,yumi maybe low moderate,cause she needs to reposition herself during teamfights well to heal, she cant just shield like lulu or janna. and xerath vel'koz once again should be in the highest tier. outside of theese overall imo the tierlist is fine, it defenlity indicates new players, since most of the times they are only missing 1 tier. but the draven one triggers me hard. i have never met a good draven, who could push the champ to its limits in teamfights, and im playing in master-grandmaster avg elo so that means im meeting challs too, and there wasnt a single good draven.Overall im okay with the tierlist, most of the champs makes sense why are they there. hope some of you agrees with my changes, have a nice day if you have read this.
