I've never even heard of Death by Audio pedals before today, but I am in love with everything about this pedal. Right down to the way the knobs are labeled with drawings of waves.

just got one these/awesome noise/bit uncrotrollable as there is no volume on it but thats part of the fun/works great with my emg 81 powered gretsch but not so well with my jazzmaster/all in all a wild and fun pedal//

I find many of the rough edged sounds on DbA's pedals to be really interesting. But in this case, I'd rather listen to nails on a chalkboard. Purely personal taste, though, and I could still see borrowing one as an occasional special effect.

Death by Audio are COOL. But they DO seem to just make lots of the same pedal with slight alterations! :) Love the Supersonic Fuzz Gun, and the Fuzz War, though. Kinda sum up what's great about their pedals in just those two, I reckon.

Out of all DBA pedals I like the sound of this one the best. I'm strapped for cash right now and I already own the Zvex Fuzz Factory though I'm still looking for an addittion to my collection. Would it be a good idea to buy this one or would I be better of with some other sort of pedal?

this might sound stupid... but... is this pedal kind of "harmfull" for your amp? i mean...it sounds SO crazy! with all that subharmonics feedback, can it damage your amp or something alike?

some one say something about altari punk console. I turned that into pedal and does fuzz well. it sound very synthy. like any pedal got have it at the right settings and guitar in tuned for it sound good.

This thing sounds like all the worst settings on the Fuzz Factory rolled into one tiny pedal. I'd get quite similar results by running a Fuzz Factory (and a couple of other fuzz boxes) at a lower voltage.
