Hi Martin, water in the boot area is often caused by the seals in the rear light units leaking, your rust issues are quite typical, mine was slightly worse than yours, it is all fixable, good luck.

Hi Martin, I'll hope you will take off the sideskirts. Rockers are known to rust even on good looking cars, low mileage cars. I know!
