I believe this part of Omni is written & told in manner similar to C.S.Lewis' "Screwtape Letters" where the story is shown from perspective of the devil & antagonist to demonstrate & show their methods. Only after listening to Omni pt 1 for some time I've taken closer look into the text of "Tears in Reign" - last track... There I believe is something which might be God's comment for the dark things depicted in Omni pt 1 and (my strong hope) a possible foretelling that Omni pt 2 will be about God's response & from His perspective.
