Project A1 - Episode 3: My New Private Plate & Fitting a Black Audi Badge!

Welcome to the third episode of Project A1, a documentation series covering all the mods I do to my car!
In this episode I finally put my private plate '14 LAP' onto my car, as well as add a gloss black Audi badge on the back! Shall I make the front badge gloss black too or keep it chrome? Let me know in the comments!

Black badge on the rear looks awesome, it's a nice contrast, in my opinion it would get lost on the black grill on the front

Thanks! Yes, thats my only slight worry, but it seems that a lot of people want to see it so I'm going to try it! If it doesn't work well I can always revert back to the original one

in my opinion you should try putting a white badge on the front honestly i have been a car wrapper for 5 years now and have a good eye for color this would really stand out.

Mmm, never considered white, but I don't think white would fit in well with the rest of the car as it has a theme of black accents already

i have an A3, i bought the same badge as it said it fits A3's as well, put it on and it doesn't match the curve of the car, gutted. It stays on but knowing it isn't sitting flush with my car really annoys me haha. Going to have too buy a new one and try again i think.

Private plate was a Christmas present. And S1's are too expensive to buy, as well as insure at 17 haha

hampshirephoto don't do that.. my mate made that mistake! The S1 grill is a facelift grill and won't fit you're non facelift one!
