I don't have it up, but search for Mongobrain on architect and look at his KotE. Should be pretty equal to mine I believe. I need Focused Attacks and 3 SS REs to keep my energy up after the starfall changes, not sure how he manages without.

Watch a guide on Weak Aura's. I was wondering the same but ended up researching and finding out how easy it is making your own Weak Aura's. For my calibrated aim I used a Icon which has the show cooldown box ticked and thats all you need for display. Most importantly is in trigger under aura name put in the exact buff you get from calibrated aim when you cast it and it will automatically start to display that buff in the icon you setup. You will also want one tracking the stacks of calibrated aim. Real easy just search on youtube
