i have a question especially to merigold, how do survive the spitting ray phase at the last boss, it gives me a headache each time trying to heal everyone while they keep running everywhere, is there some kind of strat to minimise the damage taken by the party ?

You spread. The beam is directional and only on one player. If the beam is on a player behind the boss, everyone moves away to the sides, the player it is on, does not move. This only works as long as you are able to heal that one person, possible in M+10, might not be possible in M+20. In that case you get the buff from the NPC and then do the same.

how do you manage with rage, im letting 1st attack on pull to be auto attack and then use macro to cancel heroic on crushes and i barely can do full combo before i rage starve

you need 105%crit on over power along with atleast 50+ melee crit your first auto after crush has to crit for it to generate the big rage.,
