Hello, quite a few of your patterns are now coming out as 2.0....is there a difference between the 2.0 and the original please?

There is. Overall, the 2.0 has easier-to-read illustrations, instructions updated with our newest techniques, and comes with an Add-on Video coupon. Project Bags 2.0 is different than the original in that it has an added lining/interfacing to border strips to avoid internal raw edges. Polypro strapping is replaced with interfacing in the handle to eliminate a visible seam. Dimensions are updated and top-stitching is reduced. The original pattern is still great to make and will result in a wonderful project, so do not feel obligated to throw it out and buy the 2.0 if you're on the fence. As our company grows and figures out better ways of doing things, we are slowly trying to bring some of our most-loved older patterns up to the speed of our newer releases. I hope that makes sense!
