I absolutely love it. The slot 5 "Turret traverse" upgrade gives the 25% traverse speed, AND makes the front armor of thicker. (From 250mm - 292mm) You bounce a lot more with this slight upgrade. The slot 9 "Ammo Rack" upgrade gives 10% critical protection, AND gives a reload boost. The slot 10 "autoloader" upgrade is godlike. Gives one extra round in the clip, and lowers the overall reload time. (I'm at 10.5 clip reload for 3 rounds, and 3.1 sec between shots)

I haven't quite got the hang of the Udarnik, the 2-shot autoloader does give it some nice burst damage and I imagine getting the 10th upgrade for a 3rd shot would be even nicer. Its not as much a brawler as the Chopper or Titan that can get close and do sustained amounts of damage and take hits in return. Because its shorter its not a good idea to get in the face of enemy tanks because the poor gun depression means you can't hit the lower front plate and the slower turret traverse means that it can get outflanked by faster tanks.

I found with Udarnik that people simply wait for you to shoot, then drive right up to you and shoot you at point-blank while you wait for the extended reload. I would argue quite strongly that this is not a Defender, but rather an Attacker. You can't hold ground, but you can zip around and exploit your crit attacks.

This tank is a T-62 variant. When killed by someone in game and the enemy agent card pops up look at the bottom of it. It lists what tank the agent is driving. So for Udarnik it says the tank is a "T-62 Obr.1975." That should help with identifying the tanks or at least get an idea of what Wargaming is basing the tank off of.

Udarnik was probably my fave and most played agent during the alpha. I played the autoloader upgrade for slot 10, as he felt plenty tanky by that point and I wanted to bully other tanks with pure damage output. Worked a treat!

Just look at the front of the hull, that's definatley not a T-64, T-80, T-72 or T-90 Hull. That combined with its gun, the 2a20, the number of roadwheels (5), the turret shape. It's definatley a T-62 varient, seemingly based on the T-62M varients.
